Llega por primera vez a la Argentina el festival de deportes extremos Xtreme Life Fest que contará con los mejores riders de Sk8 y BMX local e internacional, donde la principal atracción será la Demo del mejor skater de todos los tiempos Tony Hawk.

También participan grandes figuras del skate mundial como Neal Hendrix, Lizzie Armanto, Lincoln Ueda, Kevin Staab y Elliot Sloan.

El festival tendrá lugar en av. Figueroa Alcorta y av. Dorrego, y la entrada será libre y gratuita.

Tony Hawk es la figura más reconocida de los Deportes Extremos a nivel mundial. Fue campeón del mundo durante 12 años consecutivos. Entre sus logros más destacados podemos destacar: En 1985, aterrizó el primer "720º" (720 grados, o 2 vueltas completas), y en 1999, se convirtió en el primer patinador en lograr completar un "900º" (900 grados, 2.5 vueltas), donde se le consideró como un inmortal en el mundo del skate. Esto ocurrió en la competencia de Mejor Truco en los X Games de ese año. También ha inventado gran variedad de trucos como el Madonna, Benihana, variaciones de Airwalk, Stalefish, entre otros.
